EASTPOINTE, Mich. (FOX 2) Two siblings who were charged in connection with a fatal shooting outside an Eastpointe Foot Locker earlier this year had their preliminary exams moved to a later date because a surviving victim is hospitalized and unable to testify.

Lakylia Taylor is accused of pulling the trigger, while Dejuan Taylor is accused of fleeing with the gun and magazines after the shooting.

Two people were killed while two others were wounded in the shooting. One of the surviving victims just underwent surgery for injuries sustained in the shooting and could not make it to court.
