FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) – A road hazard is impeding traffic on a narrow street in a Fort Wayne neighborhood.
What appears to be a sinkhole has formed on West Darrow Avenue, blocks away from South Side High School and Packard Park. The hole is about a foot long, and although a traffic barrel has been placed over it, the street is not wide enough for drivers and bikers to easily avoid it.
One neighbor told WANE 15 she has to keep placing the barricade back in its spot due to people knocking it over as they pass through. She said she has reported the issue to the city “numerous times,” but there is yet to be a fix…
