MADISON, Ala. — Madison has been named the best place to raise a family in Alabama, according to a new report from Niche that ranks cities based on schools, safety, affordability and family-friendly amenities.
The annual rankings use data from the U.S. Census Bureau, FBI, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to assess more than 600 communities across the state.
