EXETER — At 3:52 p.m. Thursday, state police arrested Vidal Rodriguez, 24, of 34 Vicksburg Street, Providence, on an outstanding Sixth Division District Court bench warrant.
The warrant was issued for Rodriguez’s failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of driving with a suspended license—fourth or subsequent offense, stemming from the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks.
