RINCON, Ga. (WTOC) – Rincon Police are investigating a housing scam that tricked nearly a dozen people in the Coastal Empire.
Rincon investigators say the scam involves using listings from a real website.
The scammers place the listings on Facebook marketplace but slashes the price in half to make the listing desirable.
