EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Indiana State Police troopers say a man was driving 35 miles per hour over the speed limit when they pulled him over and found out he was drunk.
ISP says 60-year-old Kirk Mobley was driving south on Green River Road near Hirsch Road at 80 MPH, where the speed limit is 45.
That was just before 11:30 p.m. Friday.
When troopers pulled Mobley over, they say he handed them a registration title receipt from 2019 instead of his vehicle registration and his driver’s license…
