MEMPHIS, Tenn. — United States District Judge for the Western District of Tennessee Mark Norris has again moved off ofoverseeing a case involving Tyré Nichols.
Norris had overseen the entirety of the federal civil lawsuit filed by Nichols’ mother Row’Vaughn Wells against the City of Memphis, but an order transferring the case to another judge was filed Thursday.
