MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A shopping center owner’s plea for help now has a response from a judge.
The owners of Balmoral Shopping Center on Ridgeway Road, less than one minute away from Ridgeway High School, filed a lawsuit against the Memphis-Shelby County School Board, City of Memphis, and Memphis Police Department in 2022.
