ALABAMA (WDHN) – Governor Ivey announced that Alabama inmate, David Lee Roberts, will be executed by nitrogen hypoxia this summer, which makes him the fourth execution this year.
Ivey said Roberts’ execution begins at midnight on August 21st and ends at 6 a.m. on August 22nd.
