PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — A Providence man has been ordered held without bail, accused of shooting another man to death in Pawtucket earlier this week.
Police arrested and charged Kenji Ingram, 47, with murdering 42-year-old Larry Rose of Pawtucket.
Police were called to Broad Street near the Kennedy Manor apartment complex around 9 p.m. Tuesday and arrived to find Rose suffering from gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead at Rhode Island Hospital…
