SHAWNEE, Kan. (KCTV) – People filled every corner of Shawnee’s sprawling Stump Park Friday night. A stage with live music sat on one end, and bounce houses sat on the other. Food trucks lined the parking lot, and the shaded west lawn was packed with families on picnic blankets.
Ryan Mustain came just to be a part of the community he moved to a year ago.
