SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — The sentencing is scheduled for Kent Cody Barlow, the man convicted of killing two boys in a high-speed crash.
Prosecutors said he was driving high on meth when he hit and killed Odin Ratliff and Hunter Jackson in May 2022.
