After 27 years, Bob O’Connor, CEO of Weld Food Bank (WFB), has announced his retirement from the position at the end of 2025. O’Connor has served at Weld Food Bank since 1998, when he joined as the Director of Operations. Under O’Connor’s leadership, WFB went from 2.2 million pounds of produce in 2012 to over 6 million last year. The WFB Board of Directors will hold a nationwide search for O’Connor’s replacement.
