Under a tab about security, the individual submitting the form on behalf of Utah Protest and Rally LLC said “none,” yet it was a man described as a protest ‘safety team member’ who fired—-striking Arturo Gamboa, who carried an automatic rifle—-and killing bystander Arthur Folasa Ah Loo.
