PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Four people were injured and transported to hospitals after there was a shooting at an event center in Southeast Portland, authorities said.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, a suspect has been detained by officers several blocks away and no other suspects are being sought.This comes after a large police presence was seen near the corner of Southeast 148th Avenue and Southeast Stark Street late Friday night.
