15-year-old charged with attempted murder of two officers released on house arrest, CMPD says

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A juvenile repeat offender charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder on two police officers was released on house arrest last week, police say.
