Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools moves forward with position reductions

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools is moving forward with several changes to help address financial challenges the district is facing, according to a news release from the district on Friday, June 27.

Principals have begun notifying employees affected by position reductions. WS/FCS said the reductions will better align staffing with state-funded levels based on enrollment.
