The Lime Foundation’s NextGen Trades Academy is not only a vocational training and construction apprenticeship program, but they provide free construction services to low-income families and the elderly. This program creates pathways for impacted youth, women, and people of color to step into the skilled trades, with leaders like Leticia showing that opportunities in construction can be inclusive and community driven.
