BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Cheryl’s Diner’s just one of many businesses here in Kernville impacted by the public safety power shutoffs, and the frustration builds since the fire station is located right next door.
The Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) last weekend hit 7,600 customers in Kern. Especially, during the lunch rush.
