WAYNESBORO — A man convicted of homicide after gunning down his friend last summer was sentenced to 17 years in prison in Waynesboro Circuit Court.
In March, a jury took less than four hours to find Jacob P. Sipe, 24, guilty on charges of second-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, shooting into an occupied dwelling, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
