Designed by COOKFOX and developed by MAG Partners, the structure yields 188 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 57 units for residents at 70 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $66,103 to $227,500.
Residences include washers and dryers, dishwashers, energy-efficient appliances, and name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes. Amenities include pet-friendly policies, bike storage, shared laundry room, gym, media room, party room, recreation room, business center, rooftop terrace, and garden. Tenants are responsible for household electricity, including stove and cooling.
