COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — Two police officers are on leave after a suspect died while in custody, according to the the Irmo Police Department.
On Sunday, June 22, 2025, at around 2:05 a.m., Irmo Police responded to reports of a possible fight inside a vehicle in the New Friarsgate area, according to authorities.
