The heat dome has finally lost its grip over the Ozarks, making today the first time we have seen measurable rainfall in over a week.
Rainfall today was hit or miss as some areas, such as Eastern Greene County, saw over an inch in a short amount of time, leading to street flooding and spotty power outages.
Showers will linger tonight, especially near and along the state line, before another round of storms fires up Saturday afternoon.
