LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Temps on our Sunday are starting in the 70s, and will quickly climb to our peak in the upper 80s in the afternoon.
Isolated rounds of activity will show up once again in our afternoon, with quick-passing tropical-like storms rumbling across the state. There is no severe threat out for these storms, but some folks will see some thunder and lightning paired with heavy rain, causing flash flooding concerns. Those not caught in an afternoon storm will see some humid sunshine in the afternoon.
A line of stronger storms will approach our Monday evening, being pushed in by a front. We will see some heavier rains and storms in overnight into Tuesday, but by Wednesday, we will calm down and clear out. Right now, our skies are forecasted to…..
