A Nashville Metro Police Department officer has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault against his teenage daughter during a domestic dispute. The officer, identified as 42-year-old Amgad Bekhit, was charged following an argument that became physical in their family home.
According to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, the altercation stemmed from Bekhit’s disapproval of his daughter’s romantic involvement with a teenage boy.
