I don’t know if someone is getting kickbacks for allowing so many contractors to build so many homes and apartments and condos. It can’t just be ignored that our local government is not holding the contractors responsible to build infrastructure to support the eventual influx of people and cars and also students needing schools.
It is not being handled well at all.
We, the taxpayers, are not reaping huge amounts of income like the developers are. We should not have to subsidize these developers…
