A morning presence in San Antonio TV news has announced he soon will stop delivering the latest headlines to viewers.
Andrew Capasso, a morning anchor at KABB since 2023, said he is leaving San Antonio and pausing his 20-year TV news career to focus on family because of his wife’s cancer diagnosis and her ongoing recovery.
“Our family needs time to heal from a very difficult 2 years and they’re getting all of me to start that process,” Capasso wrote on social media Friday.
