ALBANY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Lamont Evans, the man accused of breaking into a house on Lancaster Street in Albany, raping a woman there and burglarizing the home is due to be arraigned in Albany County Court Monday morning.
Police said the woman was a stranger to Evans. She was taken to Albany Medical Center for treatment after the incident.
