NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — A 14-year-old boy has been charged in Juvenile Court with aggravated robbery after police say he held up a vape shop last week on Stewarts Ferry Pike.
Metro detectives say the teen turned himself in Saturday after surveillance photos from the June 26 incident at Vape Club were broadcast publicly.
According to police, the suspect initially entered the store around 11:35 a.m. and asked to smell a jar of product. When he tried to snatch the jar from the clerk’s hands, the employee resisted and the teen fled. He returned shortly after, armed with a handgun, and demanded the same jar. The clerk complied…
