A popular bakery in New York has been forced to close its doors due to “unsafe and unsanitary conditions.”
The Monroe County Department of Public Health conducted an inspection at Jackson’s Bakery on Stone Road in Greece. It turns out the establishment violated several code requirements. On June 20, the business was shut down so it can sort out these issues.
The most critical violation was that mouse droppings, debris and dead insects were found in bags of flour. There was also animal hair on a block of butter on the prep table in the kitchen…
