SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — The Savannah Police Department (SPD) urged people to stay clear of the area where a gas leak had been detected. Several nearby homes were evacuated.
The gas leak was repaired, as of 1:35 p.m. Residents will be allowed to return back to their homes and roads will be reopened shortly…
