LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Civic Lubbock, Inc. will continue the 4th on Broadway tradition this Friday featuring a new parade route, a late afternoon picnic, evening concert and the fireworks show at the end of the night.
Beginning at 9:45 a.m., the parade will take off at Broadway and Ave. V, then travel down Broadway to the South Plains Fairgrounds, just past Ave. A.
Reliant’s Picnic Under the Stars will start at 5:00 p.m. at Mackenzie Park.
