CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — One person is dead after an attempt at a high-angle rescue near uptown Monday night.
Medic officials say the call was reported around 9:50 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Seventh Street, near the intersection with Kings Drive and Central Avenue. Paramedics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
