(FOX 5/KUSI) — A 28-year-old man is facing felony charges after allegedly being under the influence of alcohol when crashing into another vehicle in Lemon Grove, killing one of its passengers.
The San Diego County Sheriff’s Office said the crash happened shortly before 8 p.m. on Sunday in the area of Broadway and Sweetwater Road.
Deputies who responded found the 28-year-old man next to a pickup truck with “major front-end damage.”…
