Bond set at $2 million cash for man accused of causing 2-year-old’s death

James Vanderleest, 21, is in the Brown County Jail after being arrested in connection with the suspicious death of a 2-year-old boy, according to Brown County records. He was booked for first-degree reckless homicide, resisting/obstructing an officer, and two charges of felony bail jumping.

Vanderleest is set to appear in court on the bail jumping charges Monday afternoon.
