MILWAUKEE, Wis.— Dozens of kids left Rose Park with new bikes and big smiles on Monday, thanks to a giveaway hosted by Milwaukee Police District 5.
The event featured free bikes and helmets, bike saftey tips, and time for famlies to connect with eachother and officers, in a possitive setting.
