UPDATE (2:30 p.m.) — The Oklahoma Department of Transportation said all lanes of southbound Highway 169 are back open after a rollover crash involving a dump truck.
The Tulsa Police Department said the driver of the dump truck was mixing a protein shake and did not see traffic was stopped. The driver swerved and flipped the truck.
The driver had minor injuries and declined medical transport…
