LEHI — An Alabama man who allegedly got angry at his adult stepdaughter for harming herself while visiting her in Utah County is accused of trying to kill her.
Donn Edward Phillips, 75, of Childersburg, Alabama, was charged last week in 4th District Court with attempted murder, a first-degree felony.
