Police used Faygo soda to lure suspect from bank before shooting him during hostage standoff

SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM/Gray News) – Michigan State Police released new information about a suspect who was killed after holding an employee hostage at a bank on Friday.

State police said 31-year-old Quinton Marquese Allen, from the Detroit area, took a Mercantile Bank employee hostage in Saginaw Township.
