DECATUR, Ala. — A Morgan County Jail corporal was arrested Tuesday as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal contraband within the facility, the sheriff’s office announced.
Agents with the Morgan County Sheriff’s Drug Enforcement Unit arrested Kimberly A. Woodruff, 58, of Hartselle. She is charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the Third Degree.
