LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Tennessee couple was arrested over the weekend during a Laurel County drug bust.
The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office said that Jeremy and Angela Nelson were stopped near exit 49 on I-75, and their vehicle was searched.

During the search, deputies said they found suspected fentanyl, marijuana, and meth. There was also drug paraphernalia said to have been found in the vehicle, including glass pipes and baggies.
They were booked into the Laurel County Correctional Center and charged with multiple drug trafficking charges and possession of drug paraphernalia. Angela was also charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license and driving with an ineligible license plate.
Court records show they’re both being held on a $25,000 cash bond and are scheduled to appear in court at 11 a.m. on July 15…
