A Pittsburgh City Councilman is calling for zero tolerance after shots were fired on the South Side Sunday night.
Councilman Bob Charland tells Marty Griffin he was in the neighborhood when a fight broke out at Capo’s bar and restaurant on East Carson Street., and then shots rang out.
“There’s some kids that are literally trying to get arrested,” said Charland. “They’re trying to antagonize the officers with their social media. They run up to them and it’s like a game of chicken, ‘how far can I push it until you do arrest me’.”…
