A federal prison sentence was imposed on an Omaha man who sold firearms to a felon

OMAHA – A 20-year-old Omaha man was sentenced to federal prison on Wednesday after selling weapons to a felon.

According to a press release from the United States Attorney’s Office, Erixon Menjivar-Alfaro, 20, has been sentenced to 51 months in federal prison for selling firearms to a felon.

Because there is no parole in the federal system, Menjivar-Alfaro will serve a three-year term of supervised release following his sentence…
