72-year-old West Allis man shot and killed by police after he shot two 71-year-olds

WEST ALLIS, Wis. — A 72-year-old man was shot and killed by West Allis police on Saturday after he shot two 71-year-old victims.

The West Allis Police Department said it responded to a 911 call on Saturday, June 28 at around 4:39 p.m. about a male being shot outside a residence in the 1400 block of S. 91 Street.

When officers arrived, they found an armed 72-year-old male. Officers ordered him to drop his weapon, but he refused, police said. Several of the officers then discharged their weapons and the 72-year-old was shot…
