The Weld RE-4 School District is changing its bell times for the start and end of the school day for the 2025-26 school year to accommodate the opening of a new middle school, the district announced in a June 27 news release.
The biggest change is at the elementary school level, where the school day will start at 7:30 a.m. and end at 2:20 p.m. That starting time is 25 minutes earlier than it was for the 2024-25 school year, and the end of the school day is 30 minutes earlier.
