Anchorage’s fire community is mourning alongside others across the country following the tragic deaths of two firefighters in Idaho. The firefighters were killed, and another was injured, after responding to a wildfire allegedly started by a shooting suspect.
Anchorage Fire Chief Douglas Schrage says the incident has deeply impacted his department.
