ALEXANDRIA, Va. (DC News Now) — The Alexandria Police Department (APD) is investigating a series of indecent exposure incidents.
The incidents happened in the early mornings around Del Ray, Rosemont and in the North Ridge neighborhoods. In each of these incidents, a man exposed himself in public.
