KUTZTOWN, Pa. — Mike Richards grew up with the Kutztown Folk Festival. Now, he’s helping launch something new on the same grounds, the first-ever Eastern PA Homestead Festival, happening July 3rd through 6th.
“I want to bring the homesteading movement back,” said Richards, one of the event organizers. “A lot of people are into it. I think we need one central place for people to come, learn, grow with each other. We got lots of entertainment lined up.”
