CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) – The Seizure Safe Schools Act took effect Tuesday, ensuring schools are better prepared to respond to seizures if your child has one during class time.
If a child, teacher or staff member is epileptic, there may be a fear of being at school and not knowing if there will be proper care during an emergency.
