Kalamazoo homebuilder buys Walker industrial facility for $4.9M

A Kalamazoo-based custom homebuilder purchased a nearly 70,000-square-foot industrial building in Walker for almost $4.9 million after a “competitive bid scenario,” according to a broker who worked on the deal.

A subsidiary of KLH Custom Homes LLC purchased the building at 3710 Northridge Drive NW on May 14 from Matthew Lester, founder and CEO of Bloomfield Hills-based Princeton Enterprises LLC, according to online property records.
